What happens in Task 8
A 4-minute Phase 4 - Discovery activity. Students build a personal Wellbeing Wheel across four parts - Body, Feelings, People, Daily Rhythm - add one small realistic action for next week and one trusted person who could help, then respond to a simulated partner's clarifying question.
