Task 3 - Helpful, Sometimes Helpful or Unhelpful?
A choice is not simply good or bad. What does a person need now, how often does this happen, and what balanced next step is possible?
Step 1 - Tap a choice, then tap the bin you'd sort it into

Step 2 - Compare and reflect
There's no single right answer here
Which one choice surprised you, or was hardest to sort?
A choice's effect depends on how often it happens and what a person needs. Even "unkind self-talk" or "skipping rest" might happen once without much harm - it's the pattern that matters most.
Bridge to Phase 3 - Investigation
Now let's go deeper. Three investigation teams will explore energy, feelings, and balance in more detail.
What happens in Task 3
A 4-minute Phase 2 - Encounter activity. Students sort eight fictional daily choices into Helpful, Sometimes helpful, or Unhelpful, then reflect on why context, frequency and individual needs change how a choice affects wellbeing.
