✅ Phase 2 - Encounter
🎞️ Framework
⏱ 4 minutes
Task 2 - The 5C Health Check
Five questions that take seconds to ask and change how a claim looks.
Step 1 - Tap each card to reveal the question
C1
Claim
Tap to reveal →
What exactly is being claimed? Vague claims ("boosts your health") are harder to check than specific ones.
C2
Creator
Tap to reveal →
Who made this claim, and what is their expertise? A wellness influencer isn't the same as a medical researcher.
C3
Commercial interest
Tap to reveal →
Does someone benefit financially if I believe this? Sponsored posts and product links are a signal to slow down.
C4
Confirmation
Tap to reveal →
Can this be verified elsewhere, by an independent source? One post alone is not confirmation.
C5
Context
Tap to reveal →
Is information missing? A real result can still mislead if caveats, sample size or alternatives are left out.

Step 2 - Apply it to a Task 1 post
"DOCTORS SHOCKED: This $3 Spice Lowers Blood Pressure Better Than Medication! Big Pharma doesn't want you to know this one trick. Limited stock - order now!" - @naturalcure.secrets, sponsored post
C1 · Claim - is it specific and checkable?
C2 · Creator - do we know their expertise?
C3 · Commercial interest - any sign of one?
C4 · Confirmation - can you verify it elsewhere?
C5 · Context - is anything missing?
Now let's practise telling real evidence apart from persuasion.
