Learning to Include - All Different, All Together

Three inclusive-education activities whose theme is inclusion itself. Learners progress from an awareness of difference, through empathy, to action aimed at removing barriers - designed to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and fully available in a non-technology format.

In All Different you'll build a Class Mosaic from cards that represent who you are. In Feeling With the Other you'll practise recognising emotion and choosing a helping gesture. In Building Bridges you'll identify a real barrier and commit to a real, achievable inclusive action - added to a collective Bridge Map.

Every activity accepts spoken, gestural, tactile, AAC or digital participation, on an equal footing. No one is ever required to speak, write or perform in front of the group.
