💌 Phase 4 - Discovery 💌 Creation ⏱ 4 minutes

Task 8 - Create a Cultural Message

Imagine you are introducing your culture and language to a student from another country. AI can help you communicate - but your voice is what makes the message meaningful.

Step 1 - Build your cultural message
One meaningful word or phrase from my language
One symbol representing my culture
A short message introducing myself or my community
💡 AI can help you explain a tradition or suggest a slogan - but always review and personalise anything AI suggests before using it.
Your message preview will appear here as you fill it in…
✅ Saved to portfolio as "My Cultural Message - Activity 8".
Step 2 - Self-assessment
How confident do you feel that your cultural message represents you and your culture?

2

3

4

5

Bridge to Phase 5 - Propagation
"Every language is a bridge. Every message is an invitation to cross it."

What happens in Task 8

A 4-minute Phase 4 - Discovery creation activity. Students combine one meaningful word, one cultural symbol and a short introductory message into a live-preview cultural message card, then rate their confidence that it represents them well.

🎯 Learning objectives

When we share our language, we share part of ourselves. Communication becomes powerful when it helps people understand each other - and AI can support, but never replace, an authentic personal voice.
