A 7-minute Phase 1 - Anticipation activity. Three text blocks are revealed sequentially, followed by greetings from 8 languages, a 60-second silent reflection, a 4-option diagnostic poll, and a private journal entry (20-300 chars). The Continue button unlocks only after the journal is submitted.
